Grapes: 50 % Pinot Bianco 50% Incrocio Manzoni
Vineyard location: on the hills of the Adige Valley at about 150 meters above sea level
Soil type: alluvial landfill, clay loam soil with the presence of stones which favors an excellent drainage.
Vine training system: simple Pergola Trentino
Viniﬁcation: the grapes are harvested by hand after a careful selection of the best grapes, then viniﬁed separately in stainless steel tanks. The fermentation lasts 8-10 days at a controlled temperature of 16/18 degrees in order to preserve the wine’s bouquet.
The two different varieties get together in bottles where the wine ages for 12 months.
